Carolina de Mas
CAROLINA DE MAS: Carolina de Mas is an offshore wind advisor for the World Bank Group’s Energy Sector Management Assistance Program (ESMAP). She studied Industrial Engineering in BarcelonaTech (Spain) and Civil Engineering in LTH (Sweden). From 2011 until 2015 she worked with Maersk Oil, first on offshore drilling rigs and later in field production management. In 2016, Carolina transitioned into Renewables with Orsted - then Dong Energy - acting as technical project manager for development of offshore wind projects. Since 2021 she has been providing strategic advisory services both to the private and public sectors, leading the Colombia Offshore Wind Roadmap for the World Bank Group in 2022.
