Application of this Privacy Policy:

This document regulates the Privacy Policy both for this website, as well as for all data and information that ASOCIACIÓN EMPRESARIAL EÓLICA EMPRESARIAL EÓLICA (hereinafter, "AEE") may handle as Data Controller.

Therefore, in order to comply with Article 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter "GDPR" or "General Data Protection Regulation"), as well as Article 11 of the Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (hereinafter "LOPDGDD") this Privacy Policy has been established and developed.

This section regulates all processing carried out by AEE, on the basis of each of the purposes, in accordance with the legitimate bases that regulate it, including those listed below:

Website users: to deal with your request via the contact form.

Personnel selection processes: take part in the selection processes offered.


  • Contractual enforcement and pre-contractual measures (article 6.1. b) RGPD)

Members / associates

1. Management of registration as a partner/associate of AEE.

2. Maintenance and improvement of the contractual relationship agreed between AEE and your company.

3. Accounting and administrative management of the service between AEE and your company.

4. Management of electronic communications between AEE and your company.


Potential partners / associates

1. To deal with any request for information that you send us.

2. To send you, where appropriate, commercial offers.


Employees

1. Maintenance and improvement of the employment relationship agreed between AEE and you.

2. Accounting, tax and administrative management of the employment relationship.

3. Manage and make the payment of your contractually agreed payroll and those required by labour legislation.

4. Manage communications between AEE and you.

5. To carry out the follow-up of the training actions to which you are subject.

6. Management of sick leave.


  • Legitimate interest of the controller (article 6.1 f) RGPD)

Commercial activities: sending commercial information to users about products and services similar to those previously contracted, in connection with article 21.2 of the LSSICE.


Video surveillance: management of the security of facilities, goods and persons through video surveillance mechanisms.

Likewise, you are informed that all the data that AEE requests or may request marked with an asterisk (*) will be obligatory. In the event that the obligatory data are not provided, AEE will not be able to provide you with the contracted service or attend to your request or application.

In compliance with article 4.2.a of the LOPDGDD, it is guaranteed that the personal data provided by you to AEE will be considered accurate. However, AEE may ask you to update any personal data that it may hold about you.

Data retention period: Pursuant to article 5.1.e) of the RGPD, the data retention periods will vary depending on the processing carried out. Therefore, from AEE we advise you to read our Data Retention Policy for consultation, which can be requested at datos@aeeolica.org.

However, despite the existence of these general terms, we inform you that we will periodically review our systems to proceed to delete those data that are not legally necessary.


Rights of data subjects

Data protection regulations grant you the following rights:

  • Right to request rectification of your personal data.
  • Right to request the deletion of your personal data.
  • Right to request the restriction of processing.
  • Right to object to the processing.
  • Right to portability.
  • Right not to be subject to automated individual decisions.
  • Right to withdraw consent.

Recipients and international data transfers:

Your personal data may be communicated to Public or Governmental Authorities, State Security Forces and Corps, in order to comply with the legal requirements and regulations applicable in each specific case.

In turn, they may be communicated to third party suppliers or entities for the provision of a service subcontracted by AEE. In this regard, we inform you that the corresponding data processor contracts required by articles 28 and 29 of the RGPD as well as article 28 of the LOPDGDD have been signed, and these always guarantee and are checked by AEE to ensure that they comply with and guarantee sufficient legal, technical and organisational measures. We inform you that your data will not be communicated to third parties. Nor will international data transfers be carried out.


Origin of the personal data:

The personal data processed by AEE comes from you as the owner of the same.

To which you have previously provided your personal data and authorised the communication of the same to the various companies that offer their services through these companies.


Data security:

AEE has implemented sufficient legal, technical and organisational measures to guarantee the protection of personal data. Therefore, we periodically review our systems to prevent any unlawful, unauthorised access, as well as to prevent any type of loss, accidental destruction, illegal or unauthorised disclosure, as well as any other type of damage, whether accidental or unlawful.


Supervisory authority:

At AEE we do our utmost to comply with data protection regulations as this is our most valuable asset. However, we inform you that in the event that you feel that your rights have been undermined, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), located at C/ JORGE JUAN, 6 - 28001 MADRID.
